SCHOOL OF CIVIL ECONOMICS
GOALS
➢ Train economic operators and entrepreneurs who know how to intervene in a new way in the economic context.
Participants will be trained in the recognition of the technical role of operating profit and profit in the context of corporate sustainability, in the logic of corporate financing and self-financing, in the consideration of environmental and social variables as conditions of long-term sustainability and as opportunities of developing new businesses and the common good.
➢ who are aware of the company as a place for the creation of a specific value chain to create levels of improvement aimed at seeking excellence, including suppliers, customers and competitors, and who express the orientation of the board not only to the ethics of service but also to the principles of integrity and accountability.
➢ who are capable of using the main technical instruments for the planning, management and control of companies and for the achievement of corporate objectives, capable of also concretely exercising the sensitivity and technical instruments to activate the accountability logics, innovation processes and the use and control of technology.
RECIPIENTS
Young people up to 25 years of age also identified through a network of associations that also operate at a local level or that express spontaneous interest in the initiative. The level of training required is that of high school or first university level without a specific orientation or characterization.
TEACHERS AND COMMUNICATIVE APPROACH
Teachers and professionals who will stick to a simple and practical direct communication model even in the case of building the necessary theoretical framework of reference. The necessary technical vocabulary must be provided gradually and with full operational meaning.
TEACHING FORM
Lectures, critical presentations and company case studies, practical experimentation of company management and control techniques, activities with an experimental content (project work, interactive company visits, simulations).
